Topical treatments include:

2. Insert metronidazole or tinidazole suppository into the vagina every night for 7 to 10 days.

3. After flushing the vagina with metronidazole or tinidazole injection, insert metronidazole or tinidazole tablets into the vagina for 7 to 10 days.

Oral medications include:

1. Metronidazole and metronidazole are taken 3 times a day for adults and reduced for children. The course of treatment for intestinal trichomoniasis is 3 to 5 days, and for trichomoniasis urethritis, vaginitis, and stomatitis is 7 to 10 days. It is forbidden for pregnant and lactating women.

2. Metronidazole is used for urogenital tract and oral infections. Double the first dose, once a day, for 5 to 6 days.

3. Trichostatin is used 3 times a day for 5 to 7 days.

4. Treatment of male partners: Because Trichomonas not only parasitizes in the vagina, but may also hide in the lower urinary tract, Bartholin's glands and cervical glands, male partners need to be treated together.

You can also use some Chinese medicine external washing methods for treatment. During the treatment period, keep the vulva clean to prevent secondary bacterial infection, wash the vulva every day, change and disinfect the underwear; do not eat spicy food or drink alcohol during the acute stage; prohibit sexual intercourse, and the spouse of trichomoniasis vaginitis needs to be treated together.
