Causes of perimenopausal bleeding

Causes of perimenopausal bleeding

Before and after menopause, due to the fluctuation or reduction of hormone levels in the body, women will experience a series of physical and mental symptoms, also known as menopausal syndrome. Menstrual disorders are the most common symptoms of the menopausal transition period, mainly manifested as abnormal menstrual cycles, sometimes no menstruation for two or three months, and sometimes less than 20 days. Another manifestation is long menstruation, which is 2 to 8 days under normal circumstances, and may exceed 10 days during perimenopause. Due to the decline in ovarian function, diluted ovulation or no ovulation may occur, and the amount of menstruation will increase or decrease. These symptoms are mainly caused by fluctuations in ovarian function.

Symptoms of menopause in women

Common symptoms in postmenopausal women include blushing, frequent sweating, abnormal personality and behavior. These symptoms are particularly obvious under certain stimuli. Symptoms may also include menstrual cycle disorders and irregular menstruation. It is necessary to go to a public hospital for further sex hormone tests, uterine and ovarian color Doppler ultrasound examinations to confirm the diagnosis of the disease.

What should women do after menopause?

After menopause, women mainly look at the specific symptoms after menopause, if the menopausal symptoms are more severe. In other words, if the menopausal symptoms are obvious, if the menopause is less than one year, there are no drug contraindications, hormone drugs can be used instead of treatment. For example, estrogen and progesterone treatment, if there is no abnormality, one year after menopause, is to pay attention to your living conditions. Pay attention to a balanced diet, a regular life, reduce your stress, and then have appropriate outdoor activities and regular physical examinations.
