Ovarian cysts are common tumors of the female genitalia, with various properties and forms, namely: single or mixed, unilateral or bilateral, cystic or solid, benign or malignant, among which cystic is the most common, and the degree of malignant transformation is very high. 1. Adnexectomy and total hysterectomy

2. Ovarian cystectomy
