The color of menstrual blood is generally darker than venous blood. After the blood is discharged, it will be oxidized by air in the vagina, causing the blood to be black.

2. Cervical stenosis:

Congenital cervical stenosis is often accompanied by uterine hypoplasia; it may also be caused by drugs and surgery. The cervical canal is narrow, and menstrual blood cannot be discharged in time, so it will be deposited in the uterine cavity, turning into old bleeding, and the color will turn black.

3. Pelvic tumors:

It is a mass formed by abnormal proliferation of pelvic organs. When pelvic tumors compress the uterus, it can also cause menstrual blood flow to be blocked, leading to blood congestion and darkening of the color. Oral anti-inflammatory drugs such as amoxicillin capsules, levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules, dexamethasone acetate tablets, etc. can be taken.
