How to treat cervical erosion

How to treat cervical erosion

Cervical erosion is a common physiological manifestation. It generally does not require special treatment and will disappear on its own. If accompanied by discomfort or other cervical lesions, you can cooperate with your doctor to choose medication, physical therapy, surgical treatment and other methods to relieve the symptoms.

1. No treatment is required: Cervical erosion will usually disappear on its own with changes in estrogen. Patients generally have no obvious adverse symptoms and can be temporarily observed without special treatment.

2. Drug treatment: It is mainly for patients with concurrent infections. Usually, you can cooperate with the doctor to choose antibiotics such as cefixime tablets and amoxicillin capsules to control the infection.

3. Physical therapy: Generally, physical measures such as electrocautery, cryotherapy, laser therapy, etc. can be taken to make the cervical inflammation or diseased tissue gradually necrotic and fall off, and the wound surface is repaired to achieve the purpose of treatment.

4. Surgical treatment: If conservative treatment is ineffective, or the erosion is deep and extensive and the cervical canal is involved, surgical treatment may be considered. Common surgical methods include cervical cone resection and total hysterectomy.

Note:

The above drugs must be used according to the doctor's instructions and should not be used privately. Patients should find a professional doctor to treat the disease according to their own conditions and should not delay the disease. Pay more attention to personal hygiene in daily life, take a bath frequently, and change clothes frequently. Avoid overwork to promote recovery.
