If there is menstrual disorder, it is recommended to find out the cause of the disorder, and then pay attention to menstrual care and regulate it well. If there is still no improvement, you need to ask the doctor to use drugs to help regulate it.

1. Amenorrhea: This is the main manifestation of irregular menstruation. Amenorrhea refers to the cessation of menstruation or menstrual cycle for more than 3 cycles after establishment. The former is primary amenorrhea and the latter is secondary amenorrhea. It is one of the manifestations of irregular menstruation.

2. Irregular uterine bleeding: Excessive menstruation or prolonged duration, commonly seen in uterine fibroids, endometrial polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, endometriosis, etc., scanty menstruation, scanty menstruation, menstrual intervals less than 25 days, prolonged menstrual cycles, menstrual intervals longer than 35 days, irregular bleeding, can be caused by various reasons, irregular bleeding.

3. Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding: Bleeding occurs after menstruation stops for more than 6 months, which is often caused by malignant tumors, inflammation, etc.

4. Functional uterine bleeding: There is no obvious organic lesion in the internal and external genitalia. Abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endocrine regulation system disorders is a common cause of menstrual disorders and is prone to occur during puberty and menopause.
