How long does it take for second-degree cervical erosion to turn into third-degree?

Cervical erosion used to be a disease that troubled many women. During a physical examination, cervical erosion is almost always diagnosed. Cervical erosion is actually a misunderstanding of the normal performance of the cervix in the past. Before puberty, women's ovarian function is not perfect, estrogen is low, and the columnar epithelium is located on the inside. After menstruation, the columnar epithelium is affected by estrogen and develops more outward.

The main symptoms are:

Increased: Increased vaginal discharge is the main symptom of this disease. Usually, the vaginal discharge is milky white or light yellow. The vaginal discharge is a mixture of blood or light yellow.

Vulvar itching and pain: Due to increased leucorrhea irritation, the vulva and vagina may develop secondary vulvitis or vaginitis, causing vulvar itching and pain.

Abdominal and lumbosacral pain: When the inflammation is severe, it can spread along the uterosacral ligament and cardinal ligament, causing pelvic inflammation or lumbosacral pain, accompanied by a feeling of falling.

Frequent or difficult urination: Frequent or difficult urination may occur when inflammation affects the trigone or area around the bladder.

Infertility: Thick leucorrhea is not conducive to sperm penetration, so severe cervicitis can cause infertility.

If there is an increase in leucorrhea, yellowing, or a strange smell, it is a sign of cervical inflammation. Cervical cysts and hypertrophy are also the result of chronic cervical inflammation.
