What to do if you have adenomyosis and no menstrual pain

What should I do if I have adenomyosis and no menstrual pain? How can we prevent adenomyosis?

1. We know that if you have adenomyosis, if you don't have menstrual pain or other symptoms, you don't need to treat it, just follow up regularly. The specific situation varies from person to person, and you need to go to a regular hospital for examination to confirm.

2. According to the causes of endometriosis, in order to prevent the occurrence of adenomyosis, the following preventive measures can be taken: unnecessary gynecological examinations should be avoided during menstruation. When an examination is necessary, be careful not to squeeze the uterus too hard to prevent the endometrium from being squeezed into the fallopian tubes and causing endometrial implantation in the abdominal cavity.

3. Avoid intrauterine surgery during menstruation. For example, the fallopian tube patency test must be performed 3 to 7 days after the menstruation is over. If the surgery is performed before the menstrual blood is clear, endometrial debris may enter the abdominal cavity through the fallopian tube and cause ectopic implantation.

4. Extremely retroflexed uterus or narrow cervix and vagina, congenital uterus without vagina and other reproductive tract malformations, cervical adhesions can cause poor or impossible menstrual discharge, and reverse flow of menstrual blood can cause endometriosis. Therefore, the above diseases should be actively treated to prevent the occurrence of endometriosis. Pay attention to menstrual hygiene and prohibit sexual intercourse during menstruation.
