Prevention of secondary amenorrhea:

2. For some patients with amenorrhea, menstruation can resume naturally after physical and mental adjustments or after stopping taking contraceptives; for some patients with amenorrhea, menstruation can be resumed through progesterone and ovulation-inducing drugs.

3. Obese people should also control their diet, eat less sweets and fat-rich foods, and take various effective measures to lose weight.

4. Keep a comfortable mood, avoid mental stress and adverse stimulation, avoid disorder of Qi and blood, and affect normal menstruation. Do appropriate physical exercise and physical labor to strengthen the body and ensure the normal operation of Qi and blood.

5. In the treatment of patients with secondary amenorrhea, active treatment of systemic acute and chronic diseases is the key to cure, especially gastrointestinal diseases, anemia and tuberculosis, to promote digestion and absorption and reduce consumption.
