What is normal amenorrhea?

What is normal amenorrhea?

Amenorrhea mostly refers to menopause. Under normal circumstances, the menopause age of women in my country is generally between 45 and 55 years old, and most women will go through menopause at around 50 years old. Menopause during this period is a normal phenomenon, but menopause too early or too late has certain hazards. The specific situation is analyzed as follows:

Menopause in women is mostly caused by ovarian dysfunction, which results in insufficient secretion of estrogen and progesterone to maintain normal menstruation. This situation is mostly a normal physiological phenomenon and does not require special treatment.

In my country, the menopause age for women is between 45 and 55 years old, and in most cases around 50. If a woman's menopause age is before 45, it is called early menopause, which is usually an abnormal phenomenon. It may be caused by premature ovarian failure, too little estrogen secretion in the body, adhesions in the uterine cavity, and other endocrine system diseases.

However, if a woman's menopause age is over 55, it is also abnormal and will increase the risk of diseases such as breast cancer and endometrial cancer.
