Can physical therapy be used to treat chronic cervicitis? What should be known about the pathological classification of chronic cervicitis in women?

Clinically, we can understand and analyze the severity of chronic cervicitis from a pathological perspective according to the degree of erosion and severity of the disease. Physical methods can treat chronic cervicitis. With the continuous use of new technologies, treatment methods for some diseases continue to emerge. While the quality of life of patients is improved, the pain of disease treatment will also be reduced. However, experts recommend that while understanding physical therapy, it is also necessary to do a good job of disease prevention, otherwise some gynecological diseases will recur.

In fact, chronic cervicitis is not only a common gynecological disease among married women, but is also very common for women with complicated sexual lives. Generally, it can be detected through gynecological examinations. Clinically, it will be accompanied by different symptoms and signs. Physical therapy can be used to alleviate the pain caused by chronic cervicitis to women.

The local clinical manifestations of chronic cervicitis are cervical hypertrophy, inflammation of the endocervical canal, and cervical glandular cysts, which are also accompanied by different degrees of epithelial biochemistry. Clinically, chronic cervicitis can be divided into three pathological grades: mild, moderate, and severe, according to the different degrees of erosion. It is stipulated that any cervical erosion degree of one-third is mild, but the erosion degree of one-third to one-half is moderate. In addition, once the erosion degree exceeds one-half, it is severe. Chronic cervicitis can have different inflammatory pathological changes in the process of disease healing. The eroded surface of adjacent squamous epithelial cells gradually moves to the epithelium, and finally the squamous epithelial cells are completely covered, and the purpose of disease recovery is achieved.

Chronic cervicitis can be treated with physical therapy. The first is electric ironing, which is a simple treatment method. There is also cryotherapy, which uses rapid ultra-low temperature to freeze and necrotize the inflamed tissue to achieve the purpose of repairing the wound. The same is true for laser treatment. With the continuous use of new technologies, microwave therapy and Bohm lamp therapy can also be used, in addition to infrared coagulation. This physical therapy method is nothing more than coagulation, necrosis, and shedding of local tissues, forming non-inflammatory superficial ulcers, and finally allowing the wound to recover.

For women, chronic cervicitis can certainly be treated, but experts recommend that they take preventive measures and provide care from different angles such as daily life and sexual life. This can achieve the goal of controlling the disease and keep chronic cervicitis away from women. The disease can also cause different damages to the female body, but the most important thing is to do a good job of prevention and treatment.
