What symptoms can cause habitual miscarriage? Here is the answer

Habitual miscarriage is very harmful to the health of women and fetuses. Its occurrence is related to corpus luteum insufficiency, insufficient follicle-stimulating hormone, sex hormone imbalance, and excessive prolactin levels in women. Pregnant women who have habitual miscarriage should go to the hospital in time to find out the cause and actively seek treatment.

For pregnant women, the biggest hope is that their baby can be born smoothly. But in reality, there are always some pregnant women who suffer miscarriages due to various reasons. What is more serious is that some pregnant women have habitual miscarriages and have suffered miscarriages many times during pregnancy, which is very puzzling. So what symptoms can cause habitual miscarriage?
1. Luteal insufficiency <br/>Whether the corpus luteum function in a woman's ovary is normal after ovulation depends on whether there are enough granulosa cells in the follicle before ovulation. Granulosa cells can secrete progesterone, and the receptors in granulosa cells and theca cells can respond to gonadotropin. If the above conditions are not met, luteal insufficiency may occur, resulting in low progesterone levels. Progesterone has a calming effect on the uterus and plays an important supporting role in early pregnancy. Low progesterone levels can easily cause habitual abortion.
2. Insufficient FSH <br/>FSH is a hormone that promotes follicle maturation. Pregnant women with habitual miscarriage often show low FSH levels in the early and middle follicles, or a low ratio of LH to FSH, which may be related to abnormal LH secretion. Therefore, patients with recurrent miscarriage should test FSH in the early follicles.
3. Sex hormone imbalance <br/>Androgen is very important for the synthesis of estrogen. It is an indispensable hormone in the female reproductive process. However, if androgen is secreted too much, it will cause follicle development to stagnate. Excessive androgen can lead to excessive secretion of luteinizing hormone, thereby changing the ratio of luteinizing hormone to follicle-stimulating hormone, which is different from the normal level of the same period, and will also affect the implantation of the embryo.
4. Excessive prolactin levels <br/>Prolactin can promote follicular and corpus luteum development, and can also regulate the level of gonadotropins. Progesterone can promote the release of prolactin, and prolactin in turn can promote the production of progesterone and maintain the normal function of the corpus luteum. If the prolactin level is too high, it can also lead to habitual abortion.
