What is the normal value of Down syndrome screening ue3?

What is the normal value of Down syndrome screening ue3?

The normal value of Down syndrome screening ue3 is a reference value for predicting fetal status and monitoring fetal safety.

The reference range of normal values of ue3 for Down syndrome screening is: ue3 is free estriol. During pregnancy, it is 0-300ng/L; during mid-pregnancy, it is 1000-8000ng/L; during late pregnancy, it is 5000-27000ng/L.

The serum estriol level increases with the progress of pregnancy and only decreases slightly before delivery. When serum estriol decreases and estradiol increases at the same time, it indicates poor placental function and often indicates premature birth. Continuous monitoring of serum estriol in pregnant women is used for monitoring high-risk pregnancies. If the estriol level continues to decrease, it indicates serious poor placental function, often with intrauterine fetal growth retardation, congenital fetal malformations, hydatidiform mole, intrauterine fetal death, etc. Elevated serum estriol in pregnant women can be seen in multiple pregnancies, diabetes complicated pregnancy, and fetal congenital hyperadrenocortical disease.

In addition, there are some things to note about Down's syndrome screening ue3:

1. Do not eat after 8 pm the night before blood collection, and do the examination on an empty stomach the next day;

2. Relax when drawing blood to avoid blood vessel contraction due to fear, which will increase the difficulty of blood drawing;

3. After drawing blood, press the needle hole for 3-5 minutes to stop bleeding. Be careful not to rub it to avoid causing subcutaneous hematoma;

4. If you experience dizziness, palpitations, or other symptoms of blood or needle phobia after blood draw, you should inform the medical staff immediately;

5. If local bruising occurs, apply a hot towel for 24 hours to promote absorption.
