The harm of ovarian dysfunction to women

Aging is a problem that every woman is afraid of facing, but no one can stay young forever. As they grow older, girls pay more attention to how to stay young and beautiful. After research by experts, it is found that there is a close relationship between the ovaries and the aging of women's appearance. So what harm will the decline of ovarian function bring to women? Let the editor tell you in detail.

When the ovarian secretion function is weak, the secretion level of estrogen naturally decreases, causing endocrine disorders in women. After endocrine disorders, women's skin will obviously show reduced elasticity, loose skin, and increased melanin. As a result, our secondary sexual characteristics, that is, breasts, will also shrink, affecting women's body shape. This also has a huge impact on sex life, because after the decrease of estrogen, women's vagina will become dry, sexual desire will decrease, affecting the quality of life, and the immunity of reproductive organs may decrease, making them prone to various gynecological inflammation and other diseases.

As for the reproductive function of the ovaries, the average age of sexual maturity for women nowadays is 18 years old. Women enter the reproductive age stage at 18 years old (of course, some women mature earlier). From the age of 18 to 35, the ovaries will release eggs month after month to prepare for childbearing. However, if the ovarian function declines, the ovulation function of the ovaries will decrease, which will not only make women's menstruation irregular, but more importantly, disrupt the ovulation period, reduce the quality of eggs, and make it easier to conceive and implant than strong and healthy eggs.

Normal women will experience ovarian failure and menopause at the age of 45 to 55. This so-called ovarian failure means that the ovaries basically no longer produce eggs. It can be seen that women only have more than ten years from sexual maturity to the best age for childbearing. If the ovarian function declines during this period and affects ovulation, it will invisibly increase the difficulty of conception and childbearing.

Therefore, women should take good care of their ovaries. Ovaries are not only related to the secretion level of female hormones, but also affect women's menstruation and fertility. This is why there is a saying that "if you take good care of your ovaries, women will not age." If the life of the ovaries is the life of us women, then we must take good care of our ovaries.
