Symptoms of threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy

The unfortunate miscarriage after pregnancy brings pain to many families. The early stage of pregnancy is the most prone to threatened miscarriage. The occurrence of threatened miscarriage does not mean that the result will be miscarriage, so everyone should pay attention to it. When the symptoms of threatened miscarriage appear, you must seek medical treatment in time. So, what are the symptoms of threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy?

Threatened abortion is the initial stage of abortion, which can last for a few days or 1 to 2 weeks, with a small amount of vaginal bleeding and mild lower abdominal pain. In the late stage of threatened abortion, there may be paroxysmal abdominal pain. Early threatened abortion is mainly manifested by early pregnancy reaction after a period of amenorrhea, followed by vaginal bleeding, small amount, red color, lasting for several days or weeks, painless or with mild lower abdominal pain, accompanied by back pain and falling feeling. Gynecological examination shows that the cervix is closed and the size of the uterus is consistent with the month of amenorrhea. After treatment and rest, if the fetus survives, the pregnancy can generally continue.

Symptoms of threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy:

Vaginal bleeding: Vaginal bleeding can be divided into two situations according to the severity of the situation. One is that the embryo is developing normally, but because the hormone level secreted by the mother cannot keep up, it cannot support the normal development of the fertilized egg. This kind of bleeding is less, generally less than the normal menstrual volume, and the color of the bleeding is brown. This kind of bleeding can still be saved, and pregnant women can go to the hospital to supplement hormones to preserve the fetus.

Another situation is that the embryo has stopped developing normally and miscarriage is inevitable. The amount of bleeding is very heavy, more than the menstrual flow, and the color is bright red. At this time, the embryo is dead and cannot be saved. You can go to the hospital for relevant treatment.

Abdominal pain: Threatened abortion may also cause back pain and distension and pain in the lower abdomen. If the pain is not relieved after rest, or even worsens, you should go to the hospital for fetal preservation treatment in time.

The above is an introduction to the symptoms of threatened abortion in early pregnancy. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
