On the fourth day, take 600ug of misoprostol tablets (200ug/tablet × 3 tablets) orally in the morning, or place one carboprost methyl ester suppository (1mg) in the posterior fornix of the vagina.

The best time for medical abortion: 1. The woman must be young, primigravid or nulliparous; 2. She has not left the local area within the past month; 3. She has the conditions to seek medical treatment in a nearby medical institution with complete facilities; 4. Her menstruation has not lasted for less than 49 days; 5. Ultrasound shows intrauterine pregnancy, and the average diameter of the gestational sac is less than 20 mm; 6. The pregnant woman has no heart, liver, kidney, reproductive or endocrine system diseases, and has no smoking or drinking habits. Pregnant women with a long pregnancy, a large gestational sac, an old age and multiple pregnancies, a history of artificial abortion or cesarean section within six months, a postpartum lactation period, uterine malformation or uterine fibroids are not suitable for medical abortion.
