Causes of uterine fluid accumulation in women

What causes uterine effusion in women? Uterine effusion is also called intrauterine effusion. It is not common in clinical practice. Patients of different ages may have different causes of uterine effusion. Intrauterine effusion is mainly caused by inflammatory exudates, which means that it has a certain relationship with inflammatory infection. Whether acute or chronic endometritis is accompanied by cervical canal obstruction, so that the inflammatory secretions in the uterine cavity cannot flow out or the drainage is not smooth, intrauterine pyometra can be formed, but it may be caused by ascending infection of cervical inflammation.

1. The most common cause is inflammation of the fallopian tube or pelvic peritoneum. When the fallopian tube is inflamed due to gonococcal infection, tuberculosis infection, chlamydia infection, mycoplasma infection or other bacterial infection, it can destroy the epithelial tissue of the fallopian tube endometrium and block the fallopian tube. Inflammation can damage the fallopian tube mucosa and form scars, causing stenosis or obstruction of the tube. Sperm and egg cannot meet in the channel, causing infertility.

2. Endometriosis in the fallopian tubes can cause blockage of the fallopian tubes.

3. Some pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus or Gonorrhea spread to the fallopian tubes or pelvic cavity through the vagina, cervix and uterus, causing pelvic peritonitis and serious systemic infection.

4. Secondary infection caused by abortion, postpartum or pelvic surgery and appendicitis can also lead to fallopian tube obstruction and infertility.

The main causes of uterine effusion are:

1. Uterine bleeding;

2. Endometritis;

3. Adhesion and blockage of cervical canal;

4. Genital malformation: Uterine effusion may occur, and the patient may experience lower abdominal pain, increased leucorrhea, and bloody secretions.
