How to care for endometrial tuberculosis during pregnancy

Although endometrial tuberculosis is divided into two stages: acute and chronic, no matter which type of disease the patient suffers from, in the process of actively cooperating with the doctor for treatment, they should know that only by doing a good job of nursing in daily life can the patient's recovery speed be improved. So what are the nursing precautions for patients with endometrial tuberculosis in daily life?

1. Improve resistance:

Patients should actively control the onset of the original disease, pay attention to improving the body's resistance, pay attention to changes in other parts of the body, and avoid inducing infection.

2. Appropriate exercise:

After childbirth, you should pay attention to reducing pelvic congestion and avoiding uterine retroversion. You should do appropriate exercise, such as knee-chest lying position. You should also pay attention to rest after childbirth. Doing heavy work will increase abdominal pressure, which will cause the uterus to shift downward from its normal position along the vagina, inducing aggravation of the disease.

3. Do not indulge in sexual promiscuity:

Patients should not indulge in promiscuous sex. Unclean sexual life can cause pathogens to enter the uterine cavity through the vagina, causing endometrial infection, which is the main cause of the disease. Patients should also pay attention to contraception. Frequent abortions will aggravate the disease.

4. Pay attention to personal hygiene:

Women should pay attention to personal hygiene to avoid bacterial infection, which may worsen the disease. The patient's underwear, used bathtubs, towels, etc. should be boiled in hot water for disinfection. Pay attention to private hygiene, change underwear frequently, and choose loose cotton underwear;

For diseases such as chronic endometrial tuberculosis, patients should also determine the causes of their illness during treatment and prevent and treat these causes in advance. This will ensure symptomatic treatment and maximize the treatment effect. However, patients should also pay attention to daily care and take medications according to doctor's orders to speed up recovery.
