How to check cervical warts accurately

How to check cervical warts accurately

We all know that if we are sick, we have to go to the hospital for treatment, and every disease is no exception. However, I believe that most people only know to go to the hospital for treatment. When we arrive at the hospital, the doctor will ask us to check many things. In fact, this is completely unnecessary and will cost us high medical expenses. So how can we check cervical warts accurately?

Commonly used examination methods for cervical warts include acetic acid white test, pathology and immunohistology examination.

Immunohistological examination: some oxidase and peroxidase methods can be used to show the viral protein in the warts. The protein will react with the virus to prove that there are viral antigens in the wart lesions. A light red weak positive reaction may appear in the superficial epithelial cells of cervical warts, which is a positive reaction of HPV protein.

Pathological biopsy: mainly check papilloma-like hyperplasia, thickening and extension of epidermal protrusions, incomplete keratinization, and thickening of the spinous layer. These are the items we must check. In addition, vacuolated cells are larger than normal cells, with condensed nuclei and translucent halos around the nuclei. Some hyperplasias may resemble pseudoepithelioma. Its characteristics are concave cells in the granular layer and the upper part of the spinous layer. These are all things we need to pay attention to during the inspection.

Genetic diagnosis: Serological technology testing is a must-test item for us. HPV is difficult to culture using traditional viruses. The main experimental diagnostic technology is nucleic acid hybridization. We should take these inspection items seriously.
