There are several ways of transmission of endometrial tuberculosis

Female friends may suffer from various gynecological diseases if they are not careful, and endometrial tuberculosis is also a common gynecological disease among women. So how many ways are there to spread it?

1. After vaginal delivery or cesarean section, a small amount of fetal membrane or placenta remains, or incomplete uterine involution at the placenta attachment site, which is often the cause of chronic endometrial tuberculosis.

2. Long-standing salpingo-oophoritis or severe cervicitis can lead to chronic endometrial tuberculosis.

3. After menopause or menopause, due to the decrease in estrogen levels in the body, the endometrium and vaginal mucosa become thinner and more susceptible to bacterial invasion, resulting in chronic endometrial tuberculosis. In clinical practice, senile endometrial tuberculosis and vaginitis often coexist.

4. Although the endometrium is shed periodically, its basal layer does not shed with it. Once the basal layer is chronically inflamed, it can infect the functional layer of the endometrium for a long time, leading to chronic endometrial tuberculosis. Tuberculous endometrial tuberculosis is a common chronic inflammation.

The above is about the transmission routes of endometrial tuberculosis. Everyone should pay attention to their personal hygiene and actively cooperate with treatment after suffering from endometrial tuberculosis.
