It is advisable to use Angelica, Red Peony Root, Chuanxiong, Raw Rehmannia, Peach Kernel, Cyperus, Curcuma, Citrus Aurantii, Green Peel, Chuanlianzi, Chuanxiong, Bupleurum, Platycodon, and Licorice, decocted in water. If the pain is severe, add Corydalis, Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, and Raw Pollen. If nausea and vomiting occur, add Pinellia, Tangerine Peel, and Poria.

3. Burning pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation, purple-red clots, heavy menstrual flow, fever during menstruation, dry mouth and thirst, constipation, dark red tongue with yellow greasy coating, and thin, smooth and rapid pulse. It is advisable to use Salvia miltiorrhiza, Red Caulis, Patrinia scabra, Calcined Oyster, Prunella Vulgaris, Angelica sinensis, Red Peony Root, Cyperus rotundus, Cyperus rotundus, Toosendan Fructus, Cortex Moutan, and Corydalis, add or subtract, and decoct in water. If dampness is present, add Coix seed, Pinellia ternata, and Poria. If Qi is deficient, add Astragalus, Pseudostellaria baicalensis, and Dioscorea opposita.

4. The lower abdomen is distended during menstruation, with a light color and large amount of discharge, or there is leucorrhea, or it keeps leaking, fatigue, abdominal distension and loose stools, anal pain and the desire to go to the toilet, pale and fat tongue or dark and fat tongue with teeth marks on the edges, and deep and weak pulse. Astragalus, Codonopsis, Angelica, Red Peony Root, Salvia, Atractylodes, Cyperus, stir-fried Pollen, Dipsacus, Bupleurum, Cimicifuga, decoct in water and take orally. For blood deficiency, add Rehmannia, donkey-hide gelatin, and Lycium barbarum. For kidney deficiency, add Cuscuta, Morus alba, and Deer Horn Frost.
