Bartholinitis diet therapy

Bartholinitis diet therapy

Bartholinitis and Bartholin cysts Bartholin glands, also known as Bartholin glands, are located behind the labia majora, one on each side, as big as soybeans, and the glands open between the labia minora and the hymen behind the vestibule of the vulva. Due to the anatomical position, it is easy to be infected when the vulva is contaminated by sexual intercourse, childbirth, menstrual blood, etc., which will cause the gland duct opening to be blocked, causing Bartholinitis and Bartholin cysts. This disease is more common in women of childbearing age, and the pathogens are mostly staphylococci, streptococci, Escherichia coli, etc. Poor vulvar hygiene is an important cause of the disease. It belongs to the category of "vulvar carbuncle" and "vulvar sore" in traditional Chinese medicine.

The following medicinal diet therapy is recommended for patients with Bartholinitis, Bartholin's gland cyst, or Bartholin's gland.

◆Function: Clearing away heat and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and relieving inflammation. Mainly used for treating vestibular glanditis; symptoms include obvious swelling and pain.
