Patients should enhance their body resistance, eat more high-vitamin, high-protein, easily digestible foods, such as green tea, garlic (hot), ganoderma lucidum, spirulina, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, gynostemma, honey, royal jelly, pollen, kelp, etc. Avoid fried food, food containing pigments, preservatives, flavors, saccharin, acid, spoiled food, etc. Quit smoking and drinking, eat less raw and frozen food, and avoid spicy food.
