Irregular menstruation is a common gynecological disease, manifested as abnormal menstrual cycle or bleeding volume, or abdominal pain and systemic symptoms before and during menstruation. The harm caused by irregular menstruation in women of different ages varies, as follows:

Adolescent females

Endocrine disorders, excessive oil on the skin, easy appearance of acne, irregular menstruation often manifested as dysmenorrhea or abnormal menstruation, there may be obesity and hirsutism, which cause adolescent women to experience psychological pressure such as tension and anxiety, affecting their studies and mental health.

Women aged 20-30

Irregular menstruation causes toxins in the ovaries and uterus to not be eliminated regularly, accumulating in the body, which is not conducive to the detoxification of the uterus and ovaries, and easily leads to other endocrine and reproductive system diseases, accelerates aging, and leads to female infertility. Skin spots appear, sagging, dull, enlarged pores, roughness, and constant acne.

Women aged 30-40

Endocrine disorders, obvious pigmentation, dry vulva, decreased libido, obvious decline in female secondary sexual characteristics, and early onset of menopausal symptoms occur.

Women aged 40-45

This period is menopause, when normal endocrine system disorders combined with irregular menstruation cause women to experience insomnia, decreased energy and physical strength, memory loss, osteoporosis, etc.

Women aged 45-52

If women who have not yet reached menopause experience irregular menstruation during this period, it is generally accompanied by a significant decrease in kidney function, basic atrophy of the ovaries, excessive sweating, and flushed skin.
