Very silly and naive, dysmenorrhea healed after childbirth

Very silly and naive, dysmenorrhea healed after childbirth

If the dysmenorrhea is caused by these two reasons, the pain may really go away after giving birth.

1. Dysmenorrhea caused by immature uterus

When they are young, some girls' ovulation function is not stable. When they reach the age of normal childbirth, the endocrine function of mothers has improved and ovulation has become vigorous. In addition, before and after the baby is born, mothers pay more attention to physical conditioning. At this time, the physical condition will be greatly improved, the endocrine will gradually become normal, and at the same time, with the increase of age, the uterus will gradually mature; at this time, the symptoms of dysmenorrhea will gradually disappear after childbirth.

2. Cervical obstruction and abnormal uterine position

Many mothers suffer from dysmenorrhea before giving birth. The main reason is that the cervix is small and menstrual drainage is not smooth, because menstrual blood and exfoliated endometrium cannot flow out smoothly through the cervix.

Some mothers are lucky. After giving birth, the symptoms of uterine stenosis and cervical obstruction are relieved or even resolved. At the same time, the excessive uterine bending and abnormal uterine position can be improved to a certain extent. During pregnancy, the fetus gradually expands the uterus and softens the cervical canal, creating conditions for the birth of the fetus. During delivery, the fetus passes through the cervical canal, which plays a role in expanding the narrow cervical canal. After giving birth, the uterine opening of mothers will become loose, and menstrual blood and exfoliated endometrium are easy to discharge, so dysmenorrhea will be relieved or even disappear.

If the dysmenorrhea is caused by these two reasons, then the pain may continue after giving birth.

3. Emotional instability

Mental tension, depression, fear, and emotional instability. To relieve dysmenorrhea, it is very necessary to keep your body and mind relaxed. Moms, do you usually have too much work pressure, irritability, and often quarrel with your husband? Your baby can easily make you angry. Is your relationship with your mother-in-law very tense, and there is a possibility of quarrels at any time? Looking at the young baby in your arms, do you often worry that he will catch a cold or have a fever? If so, it is normal that dysmenorrhea still bothers you. The editor tells you that the more emotionally unstable the mother is, the more sensitive she is to pain!

4. Attacked by wind, cold and dampness

In the hot summer, mothers like to eat a lot of frozen watermelon, ice cream, and drink ice water to cool down. Unexpectedly, the menstrual pain is even worse than before delivery. In fact, it is not surprising at all. The reason for your menstrual pain is that you can't control your mouth. Some mothers think that the hot weather and cold drinks can balance each other. This idea is quite wrong. The weather is only an external condition and cannot change your physical constitution. If you are blown by the wind and eat cold drinks after the hot weather, you are prone to cold, which will lead to worsening of menstrual pain. At the same time, summer is the high incidence season of various gynecological diseases. The humidity and heat make bacteria and viruses grow quickly. Mothers taking cold showers too frequently will also cause gynecological diseases.

I think it is okay to use air conditioning, cold drinks, and cold showers in summer, but you should not do these things in the week before your period. If your uterus is frequently stimulated by cold during menstruation and pelvic congestion, it will cause spasm and contraction of the blood vessels in the uterus and pelvis, leading to dysmenorrhea.
