Three Chinese medicine treatments for ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding

The main cause of ovulation bleeding is the rupture of the mature follicle. After ovulation, the estrogen level drops sharply, which cannot maintain the growth of the endometrium, causing local ulceration and shedding of the surface layer of the endometrium, resulting in bleeding.

To prevent and treat ovulatory functional uterine bleeding, we need to pay attention to menstrual and postpartum health care, keep the vulva clean, and prevent pelvic infection. In addition, we recommend three methods of treating ovulatory functional uterine bleeding with traditional Chinese medicine:

(1) Symptoms: Vaginal bleeding during menstruation, with a small amount of red blood, soreness of the waist and knees, dizziness, tinnitus, fever in the five parts of the body, red tongue with little coating, and a thin and rapid pulse.

Conditioning: Kidney deficiency should nourish the kidney and yin, clear away heat and stop bleeding.

(2) Symptoms: Vaginal bleeding during menstruation, which is red and sticky, or leucorrhea with blood. Usually, leucorrhea is large in volume, yellow in color, thick and foul-smelling. There is a sticky and greasy taste in the mouth, bitter taste in the mouth and irritability, a distended lower abdomen, uncomfortable bowel movements, a red tongue with a greasy yellow coating, and a soft or slippery pulse.

Conditioning: If there is internal accumulation of dampness and heat, it is necessary to clear away the dampness and heat, regulate menstruation and stop bleeding.

Chinese patent medicine: Gujing Pills.

(3) Symptoms: bleeding during menstruation, scanty, dark purple bleeding with small blood clots, lower abdominal pain that refuses to be pressed, depression, dark purple tongue or ecchymosis, and sluggish pulse.

Conditioning: Blood stasis should be treated by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating menstruation and stopping bleeding.

Chinese patent medicine: Xuefu Zhuyu Pills.
