Self-diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has clues

Self-diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has clues

Ectopic pregnancy is a common acute abdomen and one of the gynecological emergencies. Ectopic pregnancy often causes shock or even death of pregnant women due to massive internal bleeding. Therefore, it is very necessary for women of childbearing age to master the following common sense, which can achieve twice the result with half the effort in early diagnosis and timely treatment of ectopic pregnancy.

When self-diagnosing an ectopic pregnancy, you should pay attention to the following points:

1. Abdominal pain

About 90% of patients often have sudden severe pain, tearing and cutting pain from the lower back. There is local tenderness and rebound pain, accompanied by nausea and vomiting, which is the most obvious point for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy.

2. Vaginal Bleeding

Most of them are irregular vaginal bleeding, dark color, and less urine. If there is abdominal pain without vaginal bleeding, you should also be alert to ectopic pregnancy.

3. History of amenorrhea

70% to 80% of patients have a history of amenorrhea. A few patients may have symptoms before the next menstruation, so there is no amenorrhea, and they may mistake vaginal bleeding for the last menstruation. Generally, amenorrhea lasts for 5 to 8 weeks.

4. Syncope and shock

Acute and massive internal bleeding accompanied by severe abdominal pain may cause dizziness, pale complexion, weak pulse, low blood pressure, cold sweat, and even fainting and shock.

I believe everyone knows how to diagnose ectopic pregnancy. Here is a special reminder: you should be more vigilant when the above symptoms appear within 10 weeks of pregnancy. At this time, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time to avoid missing the rescue opportunity and causing danger.
