3. Inflammatory cysts: They are mostly caused by pelvic inflammatory disease or endometritis and require anti-inflammatory treatment, such as oral antibiotics metronidazole and cephalosporins. They can also be combined with Chinese medicine conditioning, such as Guizhi Fuling Pills.

The key to preventing uterine cysts is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, such as a balanced diet, moderate exercise, and avoiding excessive fatigue. In terms of diet, you can eat more foods rich in vitamins and fiber, such as green leafy vegetables and fruits, and reduce the intake of high-fat and high-sugar foods. In terms of exercise, it is recommended to choose low-intensity exercises such as yoga and jogging, which can help improve pelvic blood circulation.

Although most uterine cysts are benign, appropriate treatment measures must be taken according to the specific situation, and regular check-ups are particularly important to eliminate the risk of malignancy and ensure health.
