Although the patient's basal body temperature is biphasic and the endometrium also undergoes secretory phase changes, conception is impossible because ovulation has not occurred. Many literatures have confirmed that the incidence of luteinized unruptured follicles in patients with endometriosis is significantly higher than that in normal women, leading to an increased incidence of infertility.

4. Patients with endometriosis may experience low tolerance to pain during sexual intercourse, which may also have a certain impact on the patient's mood and may inhibit ovulation. In addition, some patients may experience abdominal pain and diarrhea. Long-term diarrhea may lead to malnutrition and may also have a certain impact on the normal ovulation function of the ovaries.
