Do you always want to urinate after pelvic effusion? What are the symptoms of pelvic effusion?

Female friends must understand the symptoms of gynecological diseases clearly, so that they can judge whether the discomfort in the body is caused by this gynecological disease or another gynecological disease. So, do you always want to urinate after pelvic effusion? What are the symptoms of pelvic effusion?

Pelvic effusion should be detected and treated early. Then, pelvic effusion has the following five major clinical symptoms:

1. Feeling of falling, pain in the lower abdomen and lumbar sacral area.

The main symptoms are a feeling of falling, pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, scar adhesions caused by chronic inflammation, and pelvic congestion, which can lead to lower abdominal distension, pain, and lumbar pain. It is often more severe after fatigue, after sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation.

2. Decreased resistance.

The systemic symptoms of pelvic effusion are mostly not obvious, sometimes with low fever and fatigue. Some patients with a long course of illness may have symptoms of neurasthenia, such as lack of energy, general discomfort, insomnia, etc. When the patient's resistance is poor, it is easy to have acute or subacute attacks.

3. Menstrual disorders.

Patients with pelvic congestion may have increased menstruation; when ovarian function is damaged, there may be menstrual disorders; when the fallopian tubes are blocked by adhesions, it may cause female infertility.

4. Infertility.

Infertility is the most common symptom of pelvic effusion. If a female friend suffers from inflammation that causes blockage of the fallopian tubes, infertility will occur. Generally, during clinical examination, it will be found that the patient's uterus is in a retroverted position, which restricts its movement, or adhesions have occurred.

5. Lower abdominal pain.

If a female friend suffers from pelvic effusion, she will experience symptoms such as adhesion and pelvic bleeding due to chronic inflammation. Some women may also have symptoms such as lower abdominal pain, bloating, and heaviness. The pain symptoms will be aggravated, especially after fatigue or sexual intercourse.

From the above symptoms, we can know that pelvic effusion does not cause the symptom of frequent urination. This situation is considered to be a urinary tract infection. First of all, it is recommended to drink more water for urethral flushing, increase nutrition to strengthen physical fitness, do a good job of perineum hygiene, and use antibiotics when necessary.
