Precursors of pulmonary embolism

Precursors of pulmonary embolism

If a pulmonary embolism thrombus blocks a small artery, it causes infarction of local lung tissue or infarction, causing alveolar bleeding. Such patients may experience hemoptysis, which is also relatively common. Precursor of pulmonary embolism: With the improvement of lung disease diagnosis technology, it is found that many so-called sudden deaths are actually induced by large-area pulmonary embolism, so it is important to identify pulmonary embolism in time. Pulmonary embolism is a pathological process in which a detached blood clot or other substance blocks the pulmonary artery or its branches, and is often a complication.

Is cerebral thrombosis hereditary?

People who are at high risk of hereditary cerebral thrombosis should first meet the standards for blood lipids, blood sugar, and blood pressure. Secondly, they should do some physical exercise every day and take oral enteric-coated aspirin tablets and statins for prevention. If these two diseases cannot be well controlled with medication, unstable blood pressure control, fluctuating highs and lows, or high blood sugar, it will also cause sclerosis in the arteries and even lead to plaque formation. Most cerebral thrombosis is not inherited, and a small number of cerebral thrombosis is genetically related, such as single gene genetic diseases of cerebral infarction, autosomal dominant cerebral arteriopathy with subcortical infarction and leukoencephalopathy, and autosomal recessive cerebral arteriopathy with subcortical infarction and leukoencephalopathy.

Can brain CT scan reveal the cause of cerebral infarction?

Acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction cannot be detected by CT examination. Most patients cannot see cerebral thrombosis or cerebral infarction lesions if they undergo brain CT examination within six hours of the onset of cerebral thrombosis. At the same time, brain CT is not particularly clear for posterior circulation cerebral infarction, especially medulla oblongata and pons infarction, because the skull artifacts at the skull base are conspicuous. MRI examination is required for diagnosis when necessary. T examination can detect cerebral infarction, such as the infarction lesions in the brain, but it cannot find out the cause of cerebral infarction.
