How to regulate menstrual disorders

How to regulate menstrual disorders

Menstrual disorders may be related to emotional factors, luteal insufficiency, endometritis, oophoritis, polycystic ovary syndrome and other reasons, and can be improved through general treatment, oral medications and other methods.

1. Emotional factors:

If the patient is under great stress and has large mood swings, it may lead to endocrine abnormalities, and menstrual disorders will occur at this time. Adjusting emotions in time and maintaining a good attitude can effectively relieve symptoms.

2. Luteal insufficiency:

It is usually related to progesterone deficiency, thyroid dysfunction and other reasons. Due to luteal insufficiency, patients will experience symptoms such as shortened menstrual cycle and menorrhagia. They can take progesterone soft capsules, bromocriptine mesylate tablets, clomiphene citrate tablets and other drugs under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Endometritis:

It is usually related to infection by pathogenic microorganisms. The patient's endometrium is stimulated by inflammatory factors, and symptoms of prolonged menstruation, increased menstrual volume, and early menstrual bleeding may occur. Under the guidance of a doctor, you can take drugs such as levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules, ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets, and doxycycline hydrochloride tablets for treatment.

4. Ovarian inflammation:

It is usually related to pathogen infection, low immunity, improper gynecological surgery, etc. Under the stimulation of inflammatory factors, it may cause abnormal ovulation and affect the normal menstrual cycle, causing menstrual disorders in patients. Metronidazole tablets, minocycline hydrochloride capsules, clarithromycin capsules and other drugs can be used for treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

5. Polycystic ovary syndrome:

It may be related to genetic factors, environmental factors, etc. Patients may have symptoms such as hair loss and abnormal menstruation. They can take drugs such as dydrogesterone tablets, estradiol valerate tablets, and compound cyproterone acetate tablets for treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

When you experience any physical discomfort, you should go to a regular hospital in time and actively cooperate with the doctor for appropriate treatment to avoid delaying the disease.
