Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

If you have uterine fibroids, you cannot take drugs containing estrogen or progesterone, such as birth control pills, whether long-term birth control pills, short-term birth control pills or emergency birth control pills. Do not eat royal jelly at ordinary times, because royal jelly contains estrogen, eat less soybeans and their products, because it contains natural estrogen soy isoflavones, you can eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meat, eggs, and milk to supplement nutrition and increase the body's resistance. Eating some animal liver and blood products can prevent or treat iron deficiency anemia.
