2. Menopause: The early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy can easily be confused with normal early pregnancy reactions. If a pregnant woman experiences menopause and early pregnancy reactions within a short period of time, sometimes with bloating and pain on one side of the lower abdomen, and an examination reveals normal swelling of the fallopian tube, ectopic pregnancy should be suspected.

3. Vaginal bleeding: Patients with ectopic pregnancy will have symptoms of vaginal bleeding. Ectopic pregnancy bleeding is irregular vaginal bleeding after the death of the embryo. The color is dark brown and the amount is small, generally not more than the amount of menstruation. Bleeding is usually accompanied by decidual ducts or decidual fragments. When the lesions are eliminated, the bleeding can stop completely. Menstrual bleeding is not discharged by the decidual tissue.

4. Syncope and shock: Due to acute intra-abdominal bleeding, many patients may suffer from decreased blood volume or severe abdominal pain, mild syncope, severe shock, and life-threatening conditions.

5. Other symptoms: Patients with ectopic pregnancy may also experience nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, etc. Some patients may go into shock due to heavy bleeding, become pale, and have low blood pressure.

Tubal pregnancy accounts for about 95% of ectopic pregnancies, of which ampullary pregnancy is the most common, accounting for about 78%, followed by isthmic pregnancy, and interstitial pregnancy is relatively rare. The typical symptoms of tubal pregnancy are postmenopausal abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. Patients may also have abdominal masses, or even syncope and shock.
