Not only ballet dancers, posture is an important key to determining a person's first impression. No matter how neatly a person's clothes are dressed, if he or she hunches, he or she will appear listless and lack confidence. On the contrary, people who stand with their backs straight can give people a positive and energetic impression.

It is said that the correct standing posture is that when viewed from the side, the ears, shoulders, elbows, waist bones and outer ankles should be in a straight line. When sitting, just apply force on the lower abdomen and the waist and pelvis will stand up, which can prevent hunchback.
