★Cabbage and Chicken Breast Salad

Ingredients (for 2 people): 200g cabbage, 2 chicken breasts, yogurt salad dressing.

Yogurt salad dressing:

100 ml yogurt (sugar-free), 50 ml soy milk, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 10 g white sesame paste.

practice:

1.Put chicken breast and cold water into the pot and turn on the heat. Keep the water at a slight boil (80°C) and cook for 2 minutes. When bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot, the water temperature is about 80℃.

2. Peel the cabbage by hand, put it into the pot in 1 and continue cooking.

3. When the cabbage softens slightly, take it out together with the chicken breast and drain. If you cook cabbage in boiling water, its flavor will be lost. Cooking the cabbage at a slight boil will allow it to release its sweetness and umami flavor.

4. Use your hands to tear the chicken breast in step 3 into small pieces, but don’t tear them too thin. This way you can better taste the freshness of the chicken.

5. Squeeze the cabbage thoroughly, cut into large slices, and serve together with the chicken breast from step 4. Top with yogurt salad dressing.
