Feeling tense and cricked all over? Make good use of the "little jump" action to relieve stress and relax

Have you had such experience? Do you always feel anxious and tense every time you attend a meeting or give a briefing to a client? Professional sports coaches say that in fact, if you want to eliminate stress and improve muscle stiffness and discomfort, in addition to deep breathing, moderate shaking, small jumping and other movements are also good choices to help yourself relax and relieve tense emotions!

Don’t underestimate the jumping and swinging movements! Can relax muscles and improve exercise effect

Why can simple jumping and swaying help the human body relax? Keisuke Tani, who graduated from the Department of Sports Science at Fukuoka University and was a coach at the Japan Olympic Training Center, mentioned in his book "Forward Bend, the Most Powerful Method to Relax Muscles and Activate Blood Circulation: 5 minutes a day, and in 4 weeks your palms will be able to easily touch the ground, and your low back pain, hunchback, obesity, poor physical strength, and pelvic deviation will all be improved" that, in fact, the movement of shaking the body can be seen from time to time in sports competitions.

For example, before a competition, swimmers or track and field athletes will shake their bodies to relax their entire body, or touch their thighs and then shake them. The reason why athletes make such movements is mainly because if the muscles are stiff, the body cannot move freely, which leads to poor performance and even inability to fully exert their strength.

Therefore, in order to relax their bodies as much as possible, the contestants will make such movements. Applied in daily life and work, when you feel nervous, you may try to shake your body by simple toe jumping movements to eliminate tension. This not only relaxes your muscles, but also relaxes your mind and helps you get your work done more smoothly.
