Reduce inflammation in your body by doing 20 minutes of moderate exercise every day

In addition to helping people have a better body shape, regular and quantitative exercise can also make the body healthier. "Brain, Behaviour and Immunity" published the latest publication from the University of California, USA. The research team found that 20 minutes of moderate exercise a day may protect the body from immune diseases such as arthritis.

In the study, the authors recruited 47 healthy adults as subjects and examined the effects of 20 minutes of moderate exercise-induced catecholamine production on the production of tumor necrosis factor by monocytes. The experimental results found that the subjects' brains and sympathetic nervous systems were activated during exercise, and had anti-inflammatory effects.

The authors suggest that just 20 minutes of moderate treadmill exercise per day may reduce the number of immune cells stimulated to produce TNF by up to 5%.
