She not only drank, smoked, and preferred fried food, but also exercised little, which led to obesity and significantly high blood sugar.

If you want to control your weight, of course you should not eat midnight snacks, and you should not eat within 4 hours before going to bed. This is because when people are resting, the activity of the body's organs is low and the metabolism is low, which can easily cause fat to accumulate in the abdomen and cause abdominal obesity. Sitting for a long time can easily cause fat to accumulate in the buttocks, resulting in pear-shaped obesity.

Eat midnight snacks without getting fat, choose low-fat food
