The myth of eating small and frequent meals! Eating more often will accelerate aging

It is generally believed that we should eat small meals frequently to maintain a high metabolic rate and stable blood sugar. However, the fact is that eating too often or eating small snacks between meals often makes people age faster. There are three different enzymes in our bodies that are involved in a multitude of different functions, including all digestive and metabolic functions, skin collagen regeneration, and the maintenance of basic vitality and energy.

The reduction of enzymes in the body is closely related to the aging process. Every time we eat, digestion must begin to work, and the precious enzymes in the body will be consumed. This will consume more beauty energy and increase the burden on the digestive tract. The result of eating constantly throughout the day is that the enzymes in the body burn faster and accelerate the aging process.

Eating constantly will cause food to pile up in the stomach, making it impossible to fully digest the food. In fact, most people end up eating more than they actually need. Eating constantly also slows down the passage of food through the digestive tract, and the slower the food moves, the more likely it is to produce problems such as fermentation, spoilage, and bloating (toxins that cause aging).

If we do need a snack, the ideal snack would be something with a neutral pH, like vegetable sticks with salsa or vegetable sauce, vegetable soup, or a side salad from lunch. Of course, you also get your hands on some dim sum like “dim sum”!

We make snacks so delicious you won't miss those bad-for-you crowd-pleasing snacks filled with dairy, refined flour, refined sugar, processed soy, eggs, butter, trans fats, wheat, gluten, high fructose corn syrup, high-temperature oils, artificial sweeteners, and more. Those ingredients get a bad rap—and rightly so, since they can be toxic, cause digestive obstruction, and accelerate aging.

We use different ingredients like stevia, a little unrefined coconut oil, and occasionally a little dark chocolate or raw cocoa powder. We do not cook or bake at excessively high temperatures, so the delicious desserts retain their original enzymes, allowing them to be fully digested and not ruin our diet plan.
