Turning off their computers and mobile phones, more than 4,000 parents and children went outdoors to participate in the "Happy Jumping Parent-Child Rope Skipping Stress Relief" activity. The Pulong Gongtian group Hao Jiao Xiang Qi once again served as the event spokesperson for Running and Jumping for a Good Mood. Even though their schedule was full of activities, they never forgot to promote skipping rope. They emphasized that skipping rope was simple to learn and suitable for all ages. Baseball player Lin Chih-sheng also attended the event. The presence of three popular singers drove adults and children crazy. Hao Jiao Xiangqi and Lin Chih-sheng, each paired with a little fan, and together with nearly 4,000 parents and children in the audience, set a new record for "double jump in the same direction".

Running and jumping to have a good mood was successfully promoted on campus

In fact, the "Run and Jump for a Good Mood" skipping rope promotion project has been promoted in schools in the Greater Taipei area for the second year. Teachers and students in participating schools are very dedicated, and teachers even assign skipping rope as homework. So far, the cumulative number of skipping ropes by students has exceeded 150 million times, with an average of more than 11,000 times per student, approaching last year's cumulative total.
