The mother who lost weight at home and got an XS curve practiced goddess exercises

Taking care of the kids and can’t go out for exercise on rainy days? Yoga teacher LuLu teaches you wonderful ways to exercise and shape your body in your living room or bedroom.

LuLu, 38 years old, 162 cm tall, 47 kg, holds multiple international yoga teaching licenses and relies on her own body sculpting slimming yoga to restore her pre-pregnancy S-curve. Currently the owner and teacher of Manna Yoga, he has a 6-year-old son with artist Huang Zhongkun.

First move: Swan arm twist

  1. Cross your legs with your chest up, and place your hands at your sides with your palms facing down.

  2. Inhale, stretch your arms upward, with your palms facing down and out.

  3. Exhale, extend your arms downward, and smoothly twist your upper body to the left, return to step 2, and then twist your body to the right.

Effect: Simultaneously sculpt the back and waist curves

The second trick: Swing to develop an XS curve

  1. Stretch your arms upward, interlock your thumbs, and bend your knees slightly but not past your toes.

  2. Inhale, contract your lower abdomen, push your pelvis backward, and lean your upper body back, feeling your chest open and stretch.

  3. Exhale, pull your pelvis forward, draw your chest in, arch your back slightly, and swing your hands naturally forward.

Effect: stretch the back muscles

The third trick: step out the flat vest belly

  1. Lie halfway with your shoulders and neck relaxed and your spine straight. Place your elbows underneath your shoulders, at a 90-degree angle to the ground.

  2. Exhale, step your right foot forward, and bring your left foot toward your body. Be careful not to drop your stomach.

  3. Inhale and switch sides. Repeat steps 2 and 3.

Effect: Flatten the abdomen and tighten the inner thighs
