Yoga teacher Chen Ling pointed out that the stressful life of modern people makes it difficult for late-married mothers to conceive successfully. Yoga stretching exercises can help metabolism and relieve stress. Movements targeting the pelvic floor muscles can promote blood circulation in the pelvis and uterus, improve physiological functions and help pregnancy.

Among them, the yoga "Wind-Removing Pose" can better stretch the pelvic floor muscles and abdominal muscles. You can take a yoga mat at home, put on some relaxing music and start practicing. You can try 3 levels of difficulty depending on your physical condition.

Teacher Chen Ling shared during the demonstration that you should first lie flat on the yoga mat, hold your right knee with both hands and lift it up so that your thigh can be closer to your abdomen, arch your body so that your abdomen can be closer to your thigh, and switch feet left and right in coordination with your breathing. Lifting each foot counts as one time, and do about 5 times as a set.

The difference of difficulty 2 is that you need to lift your knees up in one time, coordinate the lifting and relaxation with your breathing. Remember not to over-exert your shoulders, and avoid bulging your hands to avoid making a mistake in the point of force application. Also, do 5 times as 1 set.

For the difficulty 3 movement, you should first lift your right foot over your left knee, let your right hand pass through the middle, and hug your left knee together with your left hand. Then repeat the lifting and bending movements. Do 5 times as a set. Remember to press the instep of the lifted foot to help adjust the pelvis.

Teacher Chen Ling added that in the chakra concept, there are a total of 7 chakras in the human body, which mainly affect people's psychological state. When practicing seated twist pose, you can focus your mind on the pelvic floor muscles to help stimulate the "root chakra" in the lower body, which is also very helpful for gender relations!
