Three lines body shaping! KIMIKO solves the problem in one go

If you want to be "beautiful this summer", it is not enough to rely on your waistline or mermaid line. KIMIKO (Lin Ruijun), a well-known dance teacher who recently published a book on body shaping, shared that if you want to have a beautiful and proud figure, in addition to a balanced diet, you need to pay special attention to strengthening the "three lines" when exercising to lose weight, shape the lines of the whole body, and keep the curves tight to look young and pleasing to the eye.

What is the "Three Lines"?

The so-called "three lines" refer to the clavicle line, the waist and abdomen vest line, and the line from the inner thigh to the groin when looking at the front half of the body; if looking at the back half, the "three lines" include the shoulder blades, waist dimples and the lower edge of the buttocks.

KIMIKO, who has a curvy figure and elastic skin, said that if she wants to keep her body curves tight and well-proportioned, she cannot just train her abs or mermaid line, but must also take into account her shoulders, abdomen, hips and legs, and "reshape" her body from head to toe. Only by training a beautiful "U" line can she look good in anything she wears and look like she is 10 years younger.

Build three lines and do fat burning exercises every day

In the hot summer when bikini girls are competing for beauty, KIMIKO shares a fat-burning exercise that is easy for people to learn and can train their waistline, slim their lower abdomen and help their breasts become firmer. Boys can do it 10 times a day and girls can do it 5 times a day to create beautiful "three lines".

★Action Description:

  1. Maintain a standing position, women should keep their legs together and knees together, and men should keep their feet shoulder-width apart with toes facing outward at 45 degrees.

  2. Tuck your chin in, raise your arms, clasp your fingers together and press the thumbs up towards yourself.

  3. Use the inner edges of your arms to hold both sides of your temples, avoiding using strength in your shoulders.

  4. When exhaling, keep your buttocks still, lower your arms, slowly retract your stomach, and bend your body forward naturally; when inhaling, slowly return to the original position. Each inhale or exhale is about 4 beats.

★Notes:

  1. The wrist must be pressed towards yourself. When pressing downward, you will find that the armpit muscles are lifted and the inner flesh of the shoulder is pinched inward.

  2. If you do not squeeze your hips in the right way, it can easily cause a hunchback, and the strength of the front thighs will be used to make the thighs stronger. Therefore, when squeezing your hips, you must pay attention to lifting your hips upwards while squeezing your lower abdomen and the lower edge of your buttocks inwards, in order to achieve the effect of lifting your hips and slimming your lower abdomen at the same time.
