Jay Zhang, a full-time "celebrity health coach", pointed out that edema is a warning sign for health, especially for sedentary office workers or obese people who lack exercise. Poor circulation and metabolism often cause edema, which distorts the lines of the buttocks and legs. The principle of towel exercises is similar to stretching exercises. Through the balanced swinging of the spine and muscles and the expansion and contraction of the towel, lymph and blood circulation are stimulated, allowing edema to gradually disappear.

1. Hold the towel horizontally and twist it to slim your arms:

Method: Relax your whole body, open your legs, hold the towel on both sides with your hands, open your elbows and twist, repeat the exercise for 5 to 10 minutes. Note that the arms should be raised high and level, and the spine rotated to be parallel to the chin.

Efficacy: Effective for butterfly sleeves or arm edema.

2. Towel waist slimming exercise to create curves:

Method: First adjust your breathing and relax, stand firmly with your legs open, hold both sides of the towel with your hands, raise your elbows high and twist 45 degrees, using the strength of your waist to twist. Pay attention to the twisting speed, not too fast or too hard, just match it with your breathing speed. Repeat the exercise for 5 to 10 minutes. Stop when you feel yourself sweating, take a break and continue the exercise.

Efficacy: It helps to improve abdominal obesity or upper body edema.

Method: Stand firmly on both legs, relax your whole body, hook one leg with a towel, use your abdomen and towel to support your strength, and rotate your body. You need to pay attention to your body balance, don't go too fast or too hard, and just coordinate your breathing speed. Repeat the exercise for 5 to 10 minutes and stop when you feel sweating.
