The difference is that your body organs are activated the moment you open your eyes and get up, but your metabolic function mechanism requires a key to open, and breakfast, which we have always mentioned as very important, is that important key.

After you wake up every day and take the first bite of food, your metabolism starts to work. Therefore, the earlier you eat breakfast, the longer your body's metabolism time will be, and of course the faster you will lose weight! But everyone's schedule is different, so you need to evaluate your time first and then make the best adjustments.

In principle, at the beginning of weight loss, you should start eating at least one hour earlier than your original time every day to increase the time for your body's metabolism. This will add seven hours of metabolic time a week.
