This incorrect breathing method leads to excessive use of the muscles around the shoulders and neck, causing stiff shoulders and neck, and even tightness of the waist muscles, resulting in back pain and discomfort.

If you use this wrong breathing method to exercise, the oxygen supply during exercise will not be sufficient, which will not only reduce the effect of muscle contraction, but also slow down the efficiency of fat burning.
