Is it normal to have pelvic effusion before ovulation? What are the symptoms of pelvic effusion?

I believe many women know that pelvic effusion is a manifestation of pelvic inflammatory disease, and pelvic effusion also has many symptoms. If these symptoms are found, they should be treated as soon as possible. So, do you know whether it is normal to have pelvic effusion before ovulation? What are the symptoms of pelvic effusion?

Most patients who have pelvic effusion usually have pelvic inflammatory disease that has not been cured for a long time. If pelvic effusion is not treated actively, it may cause other gynecological diseases, such as pelvic adhesions, and in dangerous cases, it may cause female infertility.

Before ovulation, there is usually a small amount of pelvic fluid accumulation, especially during the ovulation period, which is usually no more than 8mm. In your case, you need to combine leucorrhea test, blood analysis and other related examinations to comprehensively consider whether there is pelvic inflammation. If there is pelvic fluid accumulation, it is usually no more than 10mm, which is normal and does not require treatment. If the fluid accumulation exceeds 10mm, it is considered pathological pelvic fluid accumulation. If symptoms of pelvic fluid accumulation occur, treatment should be sought as soon as possible. The symptoms of pelvic fluid accumulation are as follows:

1. Pain: The most obvious clinical symptom of pelvic effusion patients in the early stage of the disease is lumbar pain, backache and falling. And these pains will increase with the increase of the disease cycle, and the pain area will also gradually expand.

2. Increased leucorrhea: The amount of leucorrhea secreted by the patient at this time will be significantly increased compared to the normal situation, and the leucorrhea is mainly in the form of curd.

3. Menstrual irregularities: Menstrual irregularities are mainly manifested in excessive or insufficient menstruation. Some patients experience dysmenorrhea before or during menstruation.
