How to check for pelvic inflammatory fluid?

Pelvic inflammatory effusion refers to pelvic inflammation and pelvic effusion. For this common gynecological disease, effective diagnosis can be made through gynecological B-ultrasound examination. In the later stage, secretion smear, laparoscopy and routine examination can also be selected to clarify the specific nature of the disease so as to carry out targeted treatment.

1. B-ultrasound: B-ultrasound is the most effective method for diagnosing pelvic inflammation and effusion. Through this examination, we can clearly understand the depth of pelvic effusion and determine its quantity. The doctor will also choose a wide range of antibiotics such as cephalosporin capsules and amoxicillin capsules to remove pathogens and improve symptoms and signs based on the medical history and examination results.

2. Secretion smear: Secretion smear refers to extracting effusion for drug sensitivity test, culturing secretions, identifying the type of pathogenic bacteria, and then giving sensitive antibiotics for anti-inflammatory treatment.

3. Laparoscopic examination: Laparoscopic examination can directly observe the condition of the genitals and can be used to assist in diagnosis when necessary. However, the clinical application of this method has certain limitations and may reduce the accuracy of the examination results.

4. Routine examination: Routine examination covers a wide range, including blood routine, urine routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate test, C-reactive protein test, etc. If the examination finds abnormal indicators, such as increased white blood cells or neutrophils, pelvic inflammation should be highly suspected.

Women must pay great attention to both pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic effusion, otherwise long-term inflammatory stimulation will lead to chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and even pelvic adhesions or fallopian tube adhesions, ultimately leading to infertility.
