What are the symptoms of female ovulation bleeding?

Ovulation bleeding usually causes slight abdominal pain, and the amount of blood discharged is light red, which lasts for 1 to 2 days. The amount is relatively small, and it is blood-like, sometimes more and sometimes less. Generally, if we want to confirm ovulation bleeding, it is best to do a sex hormone test, and also need to do a B-ultrasound examination. To see whether ovulation has occurred, the purpose of doing B-ultrasound is to see pelvic fluid accumulation after ovulation, and to confirm again that it is ovulation bleeding. If it is ovulation bleeding, we can give Chinese medicine treatment, and these symptoms will disappear soon.

Bleeding during ovulation

Ovulation bleeding is common in some women, mainly because at a certain stage of the ovulation period, the estrogen level of women drops significantly, causing the endometrium to lose support and peel off, resulting in short-term bleeding. The bleeding is often not large. When the egg is discharged, the corpus luteum forms and secretes estrogen and progesterone, which restores the female hormone level to normal, supports the endometrium, and stops bleeding. This phenomenon usually continues for 2-3 days, and no more than 7 days at most. For normal physiological changes, as long as the amount of bleeding is still particularly large, there is usually no problem. Women should keep warm during ovulation, avoid eating cold and irritating foods, pay attention to genital hygiene, and prevent bacterial infection.

How to determine ovulation bleeding?

Ovulation is in the middle of the menstrual cycle. If the menstrual cycle is normal for 28 days, it will be about 14 days from the day of menstruation, but this calculation is not completely accurate, and the basic body temperature still needs to be measured. There will be a little bleeding one or two days before and after ovulation, usually very little, and it will be clean after a few days. In most cases, no treatment is required.
